Amazon is offering a great opportunity for freshers and professionals with up to two years of experience to work remotely as a SEPO Level 2 Investigation Associate. This position comes with a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), allowing individuals to be part of one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms.

Job Overview: This position falls under Amazon's Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SPRO) team, which is responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for all stakeholders, including buyers, brands, vendors, sellers, and employees. The team leverages technology, analytics, and science to build trust and combat online fraud. As an Investigation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and eliminating online e-commerce risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigating seller transactions and evaluating facts.
• Taking action on suspicious transactions using standard operating procedures.
• Documenting findings with detailed annotations.
• Communicating with external customers (via phone or email) and internal teams.
• Escalating problems or discrepancies as per processes.
• Analyzing performance metrics to contribute towards business goals.
• Meeting predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• A graduate in any discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong data-handling and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Work Environment:

• Rotational shifts: This is a 24/7 work environment, and shifts will change every 3-4 months.
• Weekly Off: Two consecutive off days that rotate every few months.
• Remote work is allowed for those residing in the following states: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Kerala.

Salary: The salary for this role ranges between ₹2.5 - ₹3 Lacs P.A.
