Key Responsibilities
- Respond
to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide
data collection support to enable account recovery.
- Maintain
a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Escalate
product issues and report customer problems.
- Showcase
excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualifications:
Any graduate (excluding Law). Postgraduates are not eligible.
- Experience: Freshers and
candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Voice/Non-Voice process.
- Languages Required:
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent
verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
- Analytical
and probing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability
to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends.
