Job Opportunity: Associate Analyst - Engagement Support Services (ESS) at Deloitte

Position Summary

Join our dedicated ESS team at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad. As an Associate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in engagement management, supporting various service lines by liaising with internal customers and managing their requests.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Understand Client Needs: Develop knowledge about various regions, office locations, and business units to assist with client requirements.
• Engagement Setup: Set up new engagements in SAP and process amendments/adjustments.
• Reporting: Generate recurring and ad-hoc Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
• Client Invoicing: Raise client invoices and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
• Team Collaboration: Work with your team to meet service level agreements and adhere to quality, risk, and security guidelines.
• Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to provide high-quality advice.

Work Location

• City: Hyderabad
• Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

The Team

The USI team in Hyderabad provides a wide range of capabilities including financial reporting, HR, financial transaction processing, administrative support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Commerce degree graduate
• Skills:
• Excellent customer service with a calm demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Team player with a professional attitude and reliability
• Understanding of risk management and policies
• Adaptability and integrity

Preferred:

• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
