Job Summary
As a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, you will be instrumental in
designing, developing, and implementing software applications that meet our
users' needs. Your role will encompass:
- Technical Analysis:
Understand and analyze technical specifications, offering code optimization
ideas.
- Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers as needed, escalating any requirements or issues
to senior team members.
- Development Duties: Write
high-quality software code according to specifications, ensuring alignment
with customer needs.
- Incident Tracking: Manage
open tickets/incidents in the queue, effectively allocating them to the
right resources.
- Process Improvement:
Continuously review processes for efficiency, finding ways to save time
and resources.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere
to quality processes by maintaining defect logs, test scripts, and
performing self-code reviews.
- Reporting: Create
consolidated project status reports and focus on accuracy and efficiency
in all tasks.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and team goals,
enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Production Support:
Provide application production support as per the established RACI
(Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
