Role Overview: Associate Software Engineer - ROR

Cornerstone is seeking freshers from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches to join our Hyderabad office as Associate Software Engineers specializing in Ruby on Rails (ROR). This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates passionate about full-stack web development to work on both server-side and UI-side modules. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will collaborate with product managers and other developers to build high-performance solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is passionate about coding and has a solid foundation in:

• Technologies: Ruby on Rails (ROR), JavaScript, jQuery, React (or similar frameworks), CSS, HTML, and database concepts.
• Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Software Development Cycle: Ability to manage and handle the entire web development lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with a focus on achieving results.

Qualifications Required

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (ROR), JavaScript, jQuery, React, CSS, HTML, and database concepts.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, including data structures, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience managing the full software development cycle.
