About the Role

As a Test Engineer at Micron, you'll be part of a team driving innovation and efficiency in memory and storage technology. You'll collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing teams, including global counterparts, to achieve production goals. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth porting and distribution of Device Burn/Test programs to Test-Floor production machines.
• Investigating program errors and debugging issues to support smooth production operations.
• Providing feedback to overseas Test Engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Port and distribute Device Burn/Test programs to production machines.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve output and quality targets.
• Debug and investigate errors in test programs and provide solutions.
• Work with the manufacturing department to ensure production machines operate smoothly.

Candidate Profile

Micron is looking for highly motivated individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of Unix/Perl/C/Python is highly advantageous.
• Experience in DRAM testing and the semiconductor industry is a bonus.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications Required

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Skills: Knowledge of Unix/Perl/C/Python is beneficial.
• Experience: Semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
