Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Wipro Elite Exclusive Hiring 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
• Branches: All branches in CS/IT and Circuital streams only

Additional requirements:

• Candidates should be Indian citizens (PIO/OCI cardholders or nationals of Bhutan/Nepal with citizenship certificates can also apply).
• A maximum of 1 backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment, and it should be cleared along with the 8th semester.
• A 3-year education gap is allowed between the 10th grade and the commencement of graduation.
• No education gap is allowed during the graduation period.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Project Engineer role includes the following rounds:

1.     Online Assessment (128 minutes)

• Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (Verbal) Ability (48 minutes)
• Written Communication Test: Essay writing (20 minutes)
• Online Programming Test: Solve two coding problems using Java, C, C++, or Python (60 minutes)

2.     Business Discussion: Candidates who clear the online assessment will participate in a business interview.

3.     HR Discussion: Final round, focusing on soft skills and overall fit for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: ₹3.5 LPA
• Bonus: Flat bonus of ₹25,000 post 6 months from joining, merged with the compensation after 12 months.
• Additional Bonuses: Bonuses merged at the 18th, 24th, and 36th months from the date of joining.
• Service Agreement: 12 months agreement post-joining with a prorated fee of ₹75,000.
