Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and email

Requirements:
Minimum age: 18 years old
Right to work in India
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair
Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
