Introduction:
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division,
assisting clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants, with
improving performance and profitability. Managed Services, the execution arm of
VCA, delivers value through implementation and execution services. Our teams
(squads) are virtually embedded with clients, focusing on long-term engagements
to execute a shared value agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Business Analyst Delivery Lead, you will lead
the delivery of a development squad and perform Business Analyst functions. You
will work within the client's environment to implement digital capabilities,
ensuring optimal customer experiences for their users.
Key tasks include:
- Leading
and overseeing client delivery, serving as the squad's representative with
the client.
- Building
strong client relationships to understand their business challenges.
- Analyzing,
documenting, and evaluating client business needs, and making solution
recommendations.
- Managing
project deliverables such as functional specifications, process diagrams,
and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating
with the squad and extended team for development, testing, and
implementation.
- Integrating
strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end
solutions.
- Communicating
with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications and
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience
leading or overseeing project delivery, with a track record of analyzing
business requirements and supporting IT projects.
- 4+ years of experience in
product/project/program management.
- Experience
working in various software development methodologies.
- Excellent client engagement and
relationship management skills.
Projects:
You will be part of a key strategic project that addresses critical client
challenges, contributing to the architecture of Managed Services and its
expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
