Roles & Responsibilities
of the Tata Digital HR Intern
As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
- Assist
in the onboarding process for new
hires, including paperwork collection and system updates.
- Draft job descriptions,
plan interviews, and manage interview logistics.
- Implement
HR procedures to maintain
a positive work environment.
- Address
employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and HR-related issues.
- Support offboarding procedures to
ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Maintain
accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring compliance with
corporate standards.
- Build dashboards and create
status reports to track HR operations.
- Support vendor administration tasks
using SAP, such as tracking contracts and verifying vendor bills.
- Gain
practical experience in employee
relations, onboarding,
and other HR-related tasks.
- Develop
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Internship Location
The internship will be based in Mumbai.
Duration
The internship is for a period of 6 months.
