About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, you will be the first
point of contact for B2B clients, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving
end-user issues. Your role will involve handling queries via various communication
channels such as calls, emails, and chats, while ensuring high standards of
service delivery, including adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service
Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as
the first point of contact for B2B client support
- Manage
client issues via phone, email, chat, or the portal
- Troubleshoot
hardware and software problems
- Log and
track all client queries to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate
issues when necessary to the appropriate teams
