Job Role: Domestic Chat Process

As part of Genpact’s domestic chat process, you'll engage with customers, providing timely and efficient support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in customer service and technical support roles.

• Supporting data collection to assist in account recovery
• Maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies
• Reproducing customer issues and advancing product bugs

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any field (except Law)
• Language: Fluent in English
• Experience: No prior experience required – freshers only
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in written English with a neutral accent
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
