Job Title: QA Analyst, Associate

Job Purpose:

Responsible for functional testing of products. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including reviewing requirements, conducting impact analysis, and managing testing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing such as Functional, Regression, Integration, Automated, and ensure the highest quality.
• Review requirements, functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze design and mapping documents.
• Derive and review test cases based on business requirements and development inputs.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for comprehensive test coverage.
• Manage defects and provide detailed input for issue reproduction.
• Write SQL scripts for data validation.
• Adhere to established processes ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks with development teams.

Academic Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc in a related field.
• 0-1 year experience in manual testing and SQL.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fresher or up to 1-year experience in functional testing, preferably with certification from a reputed institution.
• Knowledge of System, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with test management tools (TestLink, QC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, bug management tools (Quality Center, Jira).
• Basic knowledge of automation tools like QTP or Selenium is a plus.
• Exposure to REST API testing, SCM/Logistics domain is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
