Role Overview: Graduate
Engineer Trainee
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at HCLTech, you’ll work on ServiceNow,
a powerful platform that streamlines IT service management. You’ll be
responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow
solutions for global clients.
Candidate Profile
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- B.Tech/B.E
in CS, IT, EEE, or ECE (2024
batch)
- Minimum
of 70% marks throughout your
academic career (10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation)
- No
backlogs
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
certification is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges using ServiceNow
technologies
- Utilize
your CAD certification to develop and enhance service workflows
- Ensure
compliance with HCLTech’s high standards in ServiceNow development
- Troubleshoot
and provide technical support on ServiceNow-related projects

a primary location in Bengaluru, Karnataka)
