Role Overview:
Clopen Research Capital LLP is seeking talented Software Engineers with
expertise in C++ to join their high-performance trading team. This role
involves designing, developing, and maintaining low-latency trading systems to
ensure maximum efficiency in the electronic trading space. You will be working
closely with quantitative analysts to integrate algorithmic trading models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop High-Performance Systems:
Build and maintain trading systems, including order routing, execution
engines, and market data feeds.
- Optimize for Speed: Ensure
code is highly optimized for low-latency environments, maximizing speed
and system reliability.
- Low-Level System Programming:
Work with operating systems, hardware, and network protocols to enhance
system performance.
- Collaborate with Analysts:
Integrate algorithmic trading models and collaborate with quantitative
analysts to refine trading strategies.
- Monitor Performance:
Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure
continuous system monitoring for optimal performance.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong programming skills in
C++ and experience with low-latency systems. Additionally, a strong
understanding of Linux environments, data structures, algorithms, and
system-level programming is essential. Familiarity with Python or other
scripting languages and an interest in financial markets will be a plus.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: B.Tech in
Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from top-tier colleges.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise
in C++ for high-performance applications.
- Experience
with threading, memory management, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency
in Linux operating systems.
- Solid
foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Good
communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge
of scripting languages like Python.
