Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is designed to provide BCA
and B.Sc graduates from streams such as Computer Science, IT, Mathematics,
Statistics, Electronics, and Physics a head start in their careers while
pursuing an M.Tech degree from a top-tier institution. This full-time program
offers students real-world experience in the IT industry, supported by
structured learning opportunities and professional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Wipro’s WILP 2024, candidates must meet the following
requirements:

Educational Background:
- Passed
10th and 12th standards.
- Graduation:
BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics,
Physics) with a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA.
- Candidates
must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation. Business Maths and
Applied Maths are not accepted.

Year of Graduation:
- Candidates
from the 2023 and 2024 batches are eligible to apply.

Other Criteria:
- One
backlog is allowed during the Online Assessment, but it must be cleared
by the 6th semester.
- A
maximum of three years of education gap is allowed (between 10th grade
and the start of graduation).
- Candidates
must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Indian
citizens, or holders of a PIO/OCI card, are eligible to apply. Bhutan and
Nepal nationals must submit their citizenship certificates.
Program Highlights

- CTC: INR 15,488 per month
(1st-year stipend: INR 15,000 + ESI)
- Incremental Stipend Structure:
- 2nd
year: INR 17,000 + ESI
- 3rd
year: INR 19,000 + ESI
- 4th
year: INR 23,000
- Joining Bonus: INR 75,000
- Service Agreement: 60
months (candidates who leave early must repay the joining bonus on a
pro-rata basis).
Selection Process
Wipro’s WILP selection process consists of the following steps:
1. Online
Assessment (80 minutes):
- Verbal Ability: 20
questions (20 minutes)
- Analytical Ability: 20
questions (20 minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20
questions (20 minutes)
- Written Communication Test:
20 minutes
2. Business
Discussion Round: Shortlisted candidates from the online assessment
will proceed to the business discussion round.
3. HR
Discussion: Successful candidates from the business discussion will
undergo an HR round before receiving the Letter of Intent (LOI).
4. Pre-skilling
Training: Candidates who accept the LOI will go through pre-skilling
training. After successful completion, they will receive the final offer
letter.
